Depends how much you want to milk the situation...:
1) Food brought to you in bed
2) Unlimited tea/coffee/any drink
3) ....I'll let you guess the last one :L
Chicken noodle soup always helps me feel better, but only the packaged Lipton one or homemade. Drink a lot of water, and take a Gravol if you are still queasy. You should try to sleep too. Sleep and fluids are really the only way to eventually feel better. Being sick is not fun
