as far as torrents I just use piratebay (.sx I think it now is) and kat.ph (kickass torrents) I never knew there was some just for anime though! Thanks ^.^ gonna check them out now.
As far as streaming I never really looked for a lot because my internet doesn't seem to have the capacity to stream without constantly cutting out.
watchanimeon.com and goodanime.net are some good sites as well. You can read manga on their sites as well.

Best streaming website in my opinion is Crunchyroll
The only issue with it is they don't have the monstrous lists like anilinkz and the others have and they have commercials during the shows but they all run fluid and they have great anime shops and all.
