GTA 5 problems will rep severely if helped...

Sooo I have come across the infinite loading screen, I can get into story mode no problem but the second I want to play online, the screen is loading forever, it isn't frozen, its just loading...forever...I know it is my personal account...I got into online on my little brothers xbox on his account, than tried mine, still wasn't able to access online, so I thought maybe it was my xbox as well...sooo I tried his account on my xbox and it loaded him up online with no problems, but when it comes down to my account, INFINITE LOADING SCREEN!!! I just want to cry...Someone please help me... So much rep if helped...So much rep...

try contacting rockstar for support directly...if its something account specific

a few of my buddies have lost stuff to glitches and rockstar fixed it for them
