Woke up in the middle of the night to a frozen account for SSing! Need some tips and have questions.

I took a shot in the dark and started SSing on a 1 week old account maybe that was my first red flag. The day before yesterday i accidently started the program with a list already included in the Majin SS with the option trophy mode so im thinking that may have done it as the scores got sent rather quickly and i didnt realize you could change the send times. I also submitted another list yesterday for 4 trophies for reset day yesterday but i doubt those list were sketchy as they did not get reviewed. I also have been kad feeding but my feed times have been above normal according to the kkad feeders on the boards. They are all ffeeding in the 4-6 seconds and mine were alwaysin the range if not higher so i doubt that did it.

1st question: How old should my account be before i attempt again?
2nd question: How many at a time should i do?
3rd: Where can i find updated lists here on the forum?

I believe "trophy mode" in MAJIN is being used incorrectly, which makes you send scores blindfolded, so I would recommend not to use that anymore. Will not include this feature in my next SS...

I've gotten away with SSing on newer accounts but I was very weird about it.
I only sent a few scores nothing to make a ton of NPs or anything. Just something to kinda make it look like you're checking out some of the games, ya know. So you don't pop out of nowhere making 100k a day. Definitely not a full list or anything. And I usually do a little longer than necessary wait times on new accounts. That's just me though. I haven't been frozen doing this so idk. Or you can play legit for a little bit until your account's older and you're in a safer spot, lol.
I just tend to be overly cautious since I don't do shells or anything I just do everything on my main.

Side thought, don't try for trophies on new accounts either. Or I wouldn't anyway. Do what you want, but real game trophies tend to raise a red flag on a new account in my opinion. If you just want to get a lot of trophies you can do ones like cheat and whatnot, those are simple and easy so it wouldn't look sketchy.

The trophy mode might been an issue. My account is exactly one week old and I send scored atleast 10 trophies on reset day and haven't been frozen.

I have gotten frozen for SS probably because I was playing too many games a day with no pauses. Now I AoB instead as it's safer imho.
