It's funny you bring this up because I was trying about an hour ago to run some programs and I couldn't get any of them to work for me, either. I felt so dumb... I was trying for so long to understand and get them to work but no luck. :\

Thank you @(you need an account to see links) - I just don't know what's going on here, but I'm not entirely dumb, plus I've asked for help from my roommate who is a professional programmer, and it's jsut still being dumb.

prjChameleon.ocx is in both folders, as well as richtx32.ocx, comdlg32.ocx, tabctl32.ocx, mswinsck.ocx and msinet.ocx in both folders.

Open 'Run', copy and paste each
    regsvr32 "%systemroot%\System32\msinet.ocx"
    regsvr32 "%systemroot%\System32\mswinsck.ocx"
    regsvr32 "%systemroot%\System32\tabctl32.ocx"
    regsvr32 "%systemroot%\System32\comdlg32.ocx"
    regsvr32 "%systemroot%\System32\richtx32.ocx"

(you need an account to see links)
    Click ok
    Register server succeeded
    Open the program

I admit I'm not all that savvy with some computer/technology lingo but I'm good at following instructions but maybe there is just too many steps to follow that I am not getting a handle on, idk, lol. But my error is that I can open the program and when I try logging in, I get this:
