op is your pp verified? if it is try sending payment from the card that is linked to the bank acc used to verify ur pp
it is verified and i know of like all the payment methods lol
weird ive only gotten that error when sending to an acc that wasnt verified. and pp blocked the transaction and the guy thought i was scamming him but ended up transfering it to my bank then using my debit card to send the money and it went through
