I would assume so. Like seriously why not? They know more about what they look for to catching people and they have access to alter anything.

A lot of them have separate accounts that they use to play. They don't play on their official staff accounts.
On topic...
It would be pretty stupid of them to cheat if they work in the headquarters. However, Neo has work-from-home positions as monitors. I'm sure some of them cheat. I know I almost got a job as a monitor.
I doubt they all play legitimately. x)
