Yeah I've went through most of this thread and can't find anyone having the same problem. I'm level 47 and am exactly where I need to start 513 at and I can't get it to work.
The program doesn't exactly ask for your current stage as far as I know...
You need to edit your username.save file inside the "saves" folder (I think you just need to edit the first line, to edit that file just open notepad and drop the file there.)

Figured out that there for some reason was a space after where I had 513. Got it working.
It trained me until level 11 but then this happened:
"Total Move Completion: 100.00%
We're at our destination!
Something went wrong with moving...exiting"
When I opened the program again, it just says:
Logged in as - MYACCOUNT
And nothing happens
Also happened to me some times and I had to restart.... Hopefully there's a way to fix this, but let's wait for the developer's response
Sometimes we get an error, and it asks for the stage to resume the script, but sometimes it just crashes and keep the screen stuck on that "logged as"

Currently "Doing the long walk to the desert of Roo" and with the exception of one crash early in my run - this player has been running perfectly (knock on wood). THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS.
