Take a q-tip and just go at it. I hate when my ear itches but sometimes its a godly feeling to get in there and itch away xD

q-tips... or an anti-itch cream? apparently they sell those specifically for ears

Sounds like you might have allergies, take some allergy meds if you can and if that doesn't help or makes you too drowsy then.

If your ears are constantly itchy I would see a doctor about it and they can probably figure out what's wrong.
