I mainly change my name on neo to something random, ive yet to pose as a girl. I enjoy having my man card around so posing as a girl is a big no no for me.

I regularly lie online about random stuff like "oh guess what actually I lived in India for a year" but thats mostly to get people off my back for random things.

If I talk to anyone for more than a few days, im probably being totally legit though. and I completely fail at posing as a guy. I speak too girly. Its obvious to anyone.

I've seen some very popcorn entertaining catfishing on Neopets.

I've seen it all on neopets. Affairs where the woman was going to leave the husband and kid for the guy, people cheating on their pregnant wives (seen that 2 times) lets see oh yes and someone faking a complete and total persona online and falling in love with a user. Then stringing her along forever because they were so in love lol. and then it became mutual...man that could have been a catfish show that girl was so delusional

Granted this was back when neopets was poppin, 05-06 time...but yeah I don't know catfish if you really think you're not going to get anything out of it but I've seen with my own eyes, on Neopets.com how it can get very nasty
