but most tend to fall between 130 and 140, but if more are for sale, or sometimes just by sheer luck, they do go for less.

i wouldn't pay tha tmuch for an ice bori, even legit, vwn, etc.
they're extremely HTT on the PC. i did a royal custom for an ice bori once.
i'd say $4 might even be a little much

they cannot be created and become increasingly rarer. if its vwn i would say 10 is perfectly reasonable, 7.50min
