Go with either Reif or Ari, I think I've seen some of them going for 8.7 (There's one of them going for 9.3m right now)
If you don't care about icon types (Or you're just gonna use it for 1P) just go with KBT/Skardsen, it's cheaper.

Cheapest upgrade for a freezer would be H4k (You can also go with FPot, MMoM or even Shuriken I guess)
For a healer unless your pet is a certain species (Elephante/Kacheek) the next upgrade would be BoHD.

H4k = H4000 Helmet
FPot = Freezing Potion
MMoM = Magical Marbles of Mystery
BoHD = Bag of Healing Dust
