Thanks guys! After staying out for the whole day I came home to a mess and hes not in the house. Lucky that means Me and Jolz cant talk about it when he gets home from work. Come up with a gameplan.
I'm thinking along the lines of "we're going to end up hating each other if we keep living together"
If that doesnt work tonight when hes in 'his' room I may whisper rather loudly about how uncomfortable I am.

I would talk to him about it asap. His head might be a mess and that's why he's not paying attention to the people around him at the moment, but if you don't talk to him then he won't know what's up. Although the dude is being a bad guest, I don't think that tiptoeing around how you feel is beneficial at all. He needs to know exactly how you feel about him trashing your place, that you want to help him out but you don't want to feel as though you two are being taken advantage of in this situation.
If he doesn't change after a talk, then he probably needs to find somewhere else to live.

You always hope that when you do something nice for people in need that they will treat you with the respect you deserve for getting them out of a bad situation, but sometimes (a good amount of the time) that doesn't happen and people have to be honest with one another about how they're feeling. It sucks, because it's really uncomfortable, but it's gotta happen... it's your home and he's a guest and he needs to know that. He's too comfortable. :/

Just kidding, but in all seriousness I really hope you three can work it out... I cant even imagine how hard or awkward that might be. Do you think making a rules sheet or something regarding house rules could work? Possibly a chore list?

So Jolz is amazing! He realised he could tell the guy that if we get caught having him here we would be in lots of trouble because our council tax would change, (this guy isnt the brightest tool in the box and believed this)
Im going to be nice to him when he wakes up and starts moving out but if he does 1 thing to annoy me i'm letting rip!!!

Thanks everyone for help and advice. I can finally enjoy being in my home.
Plus now mine and Jolz's birthday weekend can be perfect.

Hes gone! Thank god! He left all his shit all over the place but at least hes gone. No thank you for having him for a week, no happy birthday to me or Jolz.
I'm just happy to have my house back!
