Neopets Services Sub-board

I'd like to see a neopets services sub-board in Neopets Trades:

Pros:

• Services are not a good or item and are thus different
• There is a higher obligation to customer if account is frozen
• Knowing competitors skill level and prices promote a better economy and higher accountability
• Being isolated from the general Trades section offers better visibility
• There are a fair amount of people who offer services and it would be easier to see who is still offering what, etc.

Cons:

• The only con is an additional sub-board in the section.
