    ^^ Agreed! Dog was there before baby, that dog will most likely love that baby just as much as as she loves you.
    I was worried my dalmatian would be too much when I had my daughter, turns out he probably took better care of her than I did.
    Dogs = LOVE

    In the end it's your choice and I understand this. Your life, your way.

    If I was in your position I wouldn't be able to let either the dog or the fiance/baby to go. I'm sorry you are going through this. You have months left (7-8 if I remember from your post about becoming a daddy), which means you have ample time to figure out how to show your fiance the good in having a dog with a child.

    There is no best friend quite like the friendship a dog brings. Help your fiance understand just how important the dog means to you both. I wish you the best<3

    Why do you need to get rid of the dog NOW when there's 7 more months until she pops the child?

    And I must agree, dogs love kids. Real protectors there.

    Why can't dogs and kids just coexist? *tear*

    Such a tragic story! I'd be heartbroken if I was in your situation.
