Woah wait that's stupid... You can't synergize your team... Or counter the enemies... So your champ is picked before you get into the team builder? @(you need an account to see links)

Yes you pick your champ/role first x_X.
But in blind pick you can't counter enemies anyway. It'll probably be different for the ranked version (if there is one), which isn't out for testing yet.
