nitro's How to allow the Avatar Score Sender to work on all games guide
Welcome to my guide on w35l3y's score sender, officially known as Avatar Flash Games Beta [3.0.0]. If you haven't used it before, please refer to this guide which details how to use it: http://clraik.com/forum/showthread.p...Avatar-Grabber For those of you that have used it, you would know that the score sender only works for specific games (the ones that get you avatars to be exact) However there is a way to make the score sender work for ALL (flash) games! All it takes is a bit of code editing (not too hard, n00b friendly) and an idea of what score and time you want. Let's get to it!
PLEASE NOTE: I am not responsible for any frozen accounts. Standard score sending rules apply. If you're stupid and send an abnormally high score/low time, you can get frozen.
Works for all flash games! (no shockwave though)
Very useful for world challenges/trophy
Scores and times are saved
If you mess up the code, you break the entire program
1st section: Navigating to editing the script
2nd section: Editing the script:
To add a game to the list, use the following guide:
"Game ID" : [score, range, time ratio, mod], // (optional comment) name of game and how long it takes
Be very sure not to use decimals or miss any of the punctuation, especially the last comma! If you don't follow the nomenclature, you may render the program unusable
What the stuff in the brackets mean:
Score: the lowest score you want
Range: the range becomes score - (score + range). Add to the score for the highest score you want
Time Ratio: Basically divide the time (in milliseconds) by the score. ex. 1 minute and a score of 100 = 60000/100
Mod: if the game's score only works in multiples of 3, 5, 10, etc.
(optional comment): To make a comment, type // and the program won't read the rest of the line. This means you can put anything on a line after a //! I suggest you put the name of the game and how long it takes for easy reference.
Once you finish the code, be sure to save! Then head over to the game and see if there's the monkey next to the settings button. If it isn't there, you probably did something wrong with the code.
Send your score like you would with any of the originally supported games. If you put a bad score or time, this will get your score reviewed
That's it. Have fun score sending right in the neopets webpage Any questions/comments/suggestions please comment below. Thanks for reading!
