My current main is 100% legitimate, aside from UC pets I've bought that I traded for other pets (very carefully). Other than that, pristine and lovely. Both times frozen for my protection, both times unfrozen within a week or a few days.

My friend got iced for the same reason, but he didn't scam, he just bought items. He didn't get his account back, but I don't think he really tried to fight for it back much. Good luck :/
