Is it possible to get unfrozen?

I have an old main I'd like to get back into that was frozen for 'attempting to scam users of their items/neopoints' which I never did x___x I assume they caught on I was buying items with cash, but yeah.

It's been two years but since people are suddenly getting accounts back, is this a possibility, or would they never return an account that has been frozen for such? I miss the RW/UCs/Neocash I had on there x____x

It depends. Tony is a good guy, when he wants to.

They'll probably ask you "How do you explain X item(s) coming to your account?" so be ready for that kind of questions.

So there is a possibility they'll return accounts that are frozen with that explanation? I was under the impression it was one of those 'LOL you're SOL, kid' kinda freezings.

If you have enough proof that the account was yours you might be able to, and that you weren't scamming. hopefully you get Tony :3 But it might take awhile I waited over a year for an answer to my account which was frozen D:

The neocash has most likely expired. but if you want your account back go for it, worst they can do is say no.

Not the items! The cash itself does I think after a year :3 But I'm not 100% sure on that. Your items would be fine.
