Yes; users are chain frozen often when they troll on the same IP. Don't do it again without masking your IP.

It's been said before and I'll say it again, freezing people who care about neopets just because you can ultimately means there's less people on neo, which ultimately drives the neo black market even further toward its end, which affects every person on this forum.
