how the fuck are people getting their accounts unfrozen after 2+ years all of a sudden?

Sorry for breaking it, but I spent well over 1k on NC on my old main and they never, ever unfroze me. I was even premium lol. Worst is that I didn't do much, not autobuying, no game cheating, no neopoints buying. I bought a UC here and was careless so they froze me and I never got my account back.
