Idk but my good friend's account was frozen for cheating flash games and it got unfrozen. Never even sent in a ticket. What's weird is that the flash game cheating was one time, she AAA'ed every day for months and had like 300m in stamps. lolz

Sorry for breaking it, but I spent well over 1k on NC on my old main and they never, ever unfroze me. I was even premium lol. Worst is that I didn't do much, not autobuying, no game cheating, no neopoints buying. I bought a UC here and was careless so they froze me and I never got my account back.
