Sorry for breaking it, but I spent well over 1k on NC on my old main and they never, ever unfroze me. I was even premium lol. Worst is that I didn't do much, not autobuying, no game cheating, no neopoints buying. I bought a UC here and was careless so they froze me and I never got my account back.

Just tell em that you are so excited to get the new valentines day items, but your account is frozen.
They would love to unfreeze you so you could buy them I'm sure!!
