haha the thing I noticed was that when you ask for somebodys skype or something like that and it gets blocked.. they seem to be ontop of it after that. I got silenced real quick after I tried to get somebodys skype.
Some people just put it on their petpage or something and link somebody there. Or if you wanna be super safe, put an image of text telling them to add you.. something like that maybe?

It is automated though to be honest I thought they would look more into it on a case by case basis , apparently not? Idk sometimes I don't think they know there own rules.
that silence was ridiculous, i only got silenced because the dumbest person said verbatum "my skype is ___" and then flipped out about a 24 hour
