A really excellent movie/documentary (worth a watch!)
Its called "The Laramie Project"
It was originally a play by Moises Kaufman which became a movie in 2000.
Its about the violent murder of Matthew Shephard in Laramie, Wyoming.
My high school had originally put on this play when I was in grade 8. When I first saw it, I was honestly shocked that anything like this could happen (I had little exposure to anything when I was younger). It quickly became one of my favourite plays. The movie is very insightful and portrays the many perspectives (and ignorance) of homosexuals (especially in the southern USA). Its an incredible watch, it completely recommend it.
