Exclamation Is it risky to accept items from a shady account?

Like, if someone sends you an expensive item out of nowhere like a paint brush or something, could you be putting yourself at risk of getting hacked by them? I know it's a dumb question, but I remember some shell was gifting expensive items on the AC and he turned out to be a CGer or something. Can they get into your account this way?

They can't get into your account just by sending you an item, but if the item was stolen/illegit, TNT might freeze you. It's happened before.

Thanks guys. I'm only asking because there's some dude gifting baby PBs and something about him just struck me as shady :/ Guess I'm just paranoid.

That should be fine, being that there's tangible proof of the ordeal.

But in general, yes, don't accept random shit.

A frequent method of getting people iced is sending them stolen goods.
