I have 12 episodes of Strike Witches in 720p (.mkv) but I need to convert them in order to make it run in a DVD or something (want to watch it on my TV).
If I convert it to .mp4 or .avi, will it lose quality? n_n
No, it shouldn't since converting to MP4 isn't a process that is compressing the file. The other way around (MP4->MKV) is when you lose quality, but if you're really good at it then the loss is unnoticeable.
