    I think I'm depressed.

And I dunno what to do about it.
So many things I worry about, even more things going wrong... And only few I can do something about.
Im feeling like shit and dont trust my psychologist (yet).

I just feel so utterly lost and alone, Im done with all this.

Vitamin D and fish oil are natural serotonin releasers. In the summer and spring try to get at least 30 minutes of sun rays and cut off the vitamin D as the sun gives you vitamin D when you are out in it.

Okay I know that sometimes there's literally nothing anyone can say or do to reverse depression or even soften its effects.
But, in lieu of knowing anything about your situation or circumstances, what I CAN do is provide you with this (attempt at an) excellently encouraging post.

Look for the small, beautiful things in your life.
I've been in places where absolutely nothing in my life makes sense or seems good or seems right except...my cat, or the color of the sky, or the fact that I have crangrape juice in the fridge, or a perfectly-timed drop on a new song.
Look for the small, beautiful things and dwell on them.
Then, the bigger things will start to make more sense in time.

You are a beautiful person, you live a beautiful life, and you live in a beautiful (albeit beautifully broken sometimes) world.
And the beauty about not being able to control the things you're worried about...is that you can't control them.
Don't let what you can't control dictate (too much of) your life and your happiness.
Things will always happen, and sometimes it seems so unfair that everything is going so wrong and you can't do ANYTHING about it, but there is a purpose in that. Things work themselves out in time.
Focus on the little things you can control.

Bounce around different songs until you find one you can connect with.
Cry if you have to, or even if you just want to.
Get mad if you have to.
    Wrestle with your feelings.

And always remember that it's the darkest times in our lives that make our brightest times possible. Without darkness, there isn't light. When you make it through this, you will shine brighter and more radiantly than you ever thought possible before.
