Just from the picture you posted, I like the way you dress. It's clean and classy without being over the top pretentious. Looks smart to me while still pulling off casual.
I also like the shirt you're wearing. However, as a personal preference, I think men look better with darker jeans/black pants.
Or if you like light jeans, I'd try another colour combo with your shirt, so people can notice you a lot more.
Other than that, beards always look good on men. /hint

I'm way too tired to be commenting right now but I'd say darker jeans for sure. Light doesn't suit light on light.
Keep some facial hair it suits you, but have a shirt that draws focus to your face. That shade of blue doesn't.
For jeans try to skip out on a pair that are as light as your shirt. It draws attention away from your features.
You look stoned

Definitely agree with the darker jeans, or a darker type of trouser. I like the smart yet casual look. Dark jeans and a polo t shirt would also look awesome on you, trendy and modern yet not too young <3

As others have said, wear darker jeans. If you're going to wear lighter color jeans, they should have at least a subtle wash effect. Plain blue jeans are for old men or dorks, leave the Wranglers in your closet.
Shirts should also be a different color/shade from your pants; don't wear matching outfits where the top is nearly the same as the bottom. In your shot, you look like a cowboy.
Facial hair, either clean shave or have deeper stubble. Hairwise, it would look better to keep sides short and grow maybe an inch more on the top and front.
Shoes, best if you wear some leathers like loafers or boots. Black for dark jeans/pants, brown if wearing lighter color jeans.
You can also get away with single-tone narrow kicks; just no funky colors, no trainers, and no hiking boots.
We Canadians don't wear boots man, we just walk around barefoot everywhere! jk We don't wear shoes inside houses though.
