So this isn't actually homework. It's something for work because I screwed up. Anyways, if I can just figure out this one thing I'll be able to fix the rest.

There 2 sets of 2 numbers. Actual and Predicted % and then the % of change between the two actuals.

Set 1
Actual: 1.49, % Prediction: 54%

Set 2
Actual: 1.74. Predicted % 62%

The % Change is 15%

How did they get the 15%? I've tried everything I can think of and keep coming up a few number ahead or a few numbers short. I need to this asap too D: (It's a mistake I'm never making again >.>)

1.49*1.15 = 1.71
54*1.15 = 62.1

wouldnt it be 15% added onto the percentage?
so
1.49 x .69
1.74 x .77

Well I know it's some kind of subtraction in there somewhere, because on of the sets is percentages (76 and 56) and under % Change is says 20%
