This is not a debate of which game is better, but more of the actual 'pets' themselves. Both are devoted to their owners. You feed them, train them, battle them, heal them, equipt them (with moves/abilities/or actual swords and stuff in neo), spend time with them, go on adventures with them.. This is a pretty open ended question. It is not so much you are a pokemon trainer or neopian, but the pets are alive in our world we live in today, and either neopets are real or pokemon are real.
