I don't know much about this Kiguzo person (other than being jealous and annoying and reporting stolen UCs) but, seems like you guys are all trying to take him/her down like a Raid Boss LOL

There's a lot of that, even one Premium. One player even claims to "get sick" over "doing so many investigations, then makes vague remark posts about people, gloating if people get warned. She's threatened to quit about 100 times but is always still there, lurking.
