I like twitter the most from these due to how easy going it is. Fb and g+ etc are too... private imo.

Facebook would probably be my favourite, due to its article-sharing function that does wonders in the sharing of knowledge that goes beyond rather superficial photos of people's perfect lives, more often that not, on Instagram. But I wouldn't deny that Instagram can play a positive role - treating it as a photo diary of sorts, as a social lubricant etc.

Facebook! I only use facebook and twitter. I have an instagram but I never bother using it. I like facebook more, you can do so much more on facebook than you can with twitter, on twitter its pretty much just 140 character tweets and then your followers (and retweets and favorites of course).
