Any web designers out there?

I'm working on a website (not neopets related ) and I'm a horrible designer. Is there anyone here who's got an artistic bone (and fluent in css) that's able to help? I'm not sure if this should be a trade thread ( I can give bitcoin/neopets ETS/paypal for quality stuff ).
