Do you rent? I would talk to the landlord about having him evicted. I had a stint with a roommate who tried to beat up other roomies and we called the landlord and told him that the guy was dangerous and the landlord kicked him out.
Also, call the cops, if not this time then next time he acts up. He can't be allowed to get away with that sort of behaviour, it may be a dog one day, a person the next. People who have anger issues like that dn't have the self control to treat living things with respect and you and your sister should not be in that situation.
I've had my share of legit crazy roommates so if you need advice or someone to vent to lemmi know. The world is full of fuckers, and it's a damned shame you're having to deal with one. I'm sorry. :/
*hugs* That's a really tough spot to be in and I hope that things get better and not worse. Are there other places you might be thinking of moving to/ is there a possibility of?
