You guys, is it just me or has Neo lost a lotttt of activity?

Well if you compare to about 5+ years ago then yes, Neopets has lost a LOT of players. Mainly because they love to freeze innocent players.

Frozen in time, TNT's turned us all into cavemen.

I never knew about cheating until I got frozen, strangely enough for cheating. When you get accused of doing something you're innocent of, it just makes you "rebel".

I only found Clraik because of the Altador Cup autoplayers.

I feel like game systems are a lot more enticing for kids now a days.. whether it be consoles, handhelds, or mobile gaming.. technology had mad some of the "cooler" things such as those cheaper and readily available for kids to get at Christmas. When I was younger, i played my ps1/ps2 but it was by myself. Neopets was the only form of interactive online gaming where I could hide behind an account and be in a totally different world. Now a days theres so many options. Just look at how many copies of video games sell. How many systems the xbox 1 and ps4 sold in under a month. That's where kids are now. It's sad since we all have invested emotions in neo. I just don't see it ever making a comeback, unless TNT decides that somehow they could have a reach into the mobile aspect of it, or branch out to making their websites games accessible and playable on mobile devices.

Holy cow. Now that I think about it... you are SO right! How sad though. It makes me really upset. Neopets was my preteen years and on. I, and I'm sure the majority of people on this site, have a deep-rooted emotional hold on Neopets....so many memories. I just wish it was what it used to be. *sigh*

I have many deeply rooted awes and wonders of the rich neopians.. the expensive items.. the strong pets.. the restocking and auction sniping and avatars and guilds. Then i have the hatred of TNT for freezing me and the deeply rooted desire to be rich illegitimately on this site lol
