Last year I had a rhinoplasty (nose job) and it has really changed my life. (sadly)

Just wondering what your ideas and thoughts on it are.

I did it because I realized it was effecting my personality and my happiness.

Plastic surgery is a lot like being transgendered in some cases. I am in no way comparing someone who wants to change their nose just because to someone who feels its absolutely necessary for them to have plastic surgery to feel complete. There are people out there that are crippled like transgendered people are by their imperfections.

If someone that has had plastic surgery can look in the mirror and feel better about themselves with the surgery it's not my place to tell them they look worse. Because like everyone tends to say - what you think is the only thing that matters.

I really do think that some people need plastic surgery to attain happiness in their lives. if you can't rid the need to surgically change gender with therapy....then ya can't change this either.

I really feel that people that get certain types of Plastic Surgery just to look "better" then someone else is wrong but I support it for like cripples, victims of fire and similar cases since those are life impacting in most cases.

Just want I think though, I've seen lots of these barbie doll types and they looks really hot before there surgery and after getting nose done or other things they some times look worse off.
