it's a possitive point on your iTrader page, when you do a successful trade, you can give a possitive point to the person who buyed/sold to you.
it's a system, so other people can see your feedback score (you need an account to see links) and view how much dependable are you
i think you can see the feedback when clraik update his 'system'

So that member may have send a Fake message to me to trick me to click on that link.
