IT MEANS NOTHING
And if you believe any different, I'll let you know why.
1. Cache is based off of page views and how frequently the page is updated.
So if a person does not come onto the boards very often or went on a hiatus, the pet will not have a cache.
2. Illegitimate pets CAN have a cache.
So even pets that you think are safe, might not be.
3. Pound Release pets do not have a cache.
And there are a lot of UCs in PR, trust me.
Those are the reasons why you should never jump to conclusions over something so meaningless as a cache. You are not TNT. You are not a moderator. You are not a staff member. There's no possible way for you (and even sometimes TNT) to be able to tell if a pet is legitimate or not.
So being paranoid and reporting people off of a whim just makes you look ignorant and you should be ashamed of yourself for getting possibly innocent people frozen. But now you know that you don't have to worry about a pet's cache, because it is insignificant to you and pet legitimacy in general.
Happy trading guys.
