    Hahahah good!
Well my uncle told me that he went to every single department store...what happens is that they are out of thermal underwear, because a lot of people in exchange to Canada are already there, "in transit", and decided to take everything. These lil rats

Sports Authority has good stuff, but personally I've found that if you wear a fleece jacket under something nice and thick (Fjallraven is my jacket brand of choice) it'll do the trick. The outer layer keeps out the wind and under that you just need a mid-layer to go between a t-shirt/long-sleeve and the jacket. Arcteryx has really sweet mid-layers and fleece if it's within your budget.

In a pinch, you can bulk up with layers of clothing you already own (tights + leggings+ thick socks on bottom, tank top + t shirt + long sleeved shirt + thin sweater + thick sweater on top
There are no girls on the internet.
