Welcome to my collectable card guide! I'll go over a few basics about collecting cards, then below that I will list each buyable card, with a link to the SW for that card!
First off, there are two different types of collectable cards on Neopets. There are TCG Cards, and there are NeoDeck cards. This guide is about NeoDeck cards.
NeoDeck cards are one of the more popular things to collect on Neopets, mainly because they do show up as a stat on your userlookup, but you are also able to remove them from your deck at any time and sell them, unlike with stamps where they are stuck there forever. There are several ways that you can get NeoDeck cards. First off, you can buy them from the card shop, located (you need an account to see links). You can also win them from Treasure Maps, as well as Booster Packs, which can be found in the Toy Shop or bought from other users. Finally, you can receive cards free in a Random Event. The chances of getting a good collection of different cards going using any of those methods is slim however, so you are probably best off just buying from other users.
Next, the different types of cards. Cards are color-coded by rarity as shown below.
Holographic (r100+) Gold (r91-r99) Black (r81-r90) Purple (r71-r80) Green (r61-r70) Pink (r51-r60) Red (r40-r50) Blue (less than r39)
Card Related Avatars
Although there is currently no avatar for having a certain amount of cards in your NeoDeck, there are several other avatars associated with specific cards.
Have the Kasuki Lu card in your inventory and click on it, then you must go defeat him in the battledome.
What are premium collectable cards?
Premium cards are cards that are given out each month to premium members. They do not count towards your collection totals or the high score list, so don't worry if you're not premium!
How do you get the card trophy?
To get the collectable card trophy, you must rank in the top 17 card collectors on this high score table at midnight NST. The total needed for the trophy is much lower at the beginning of the month than it is later on, so make sure you try for it then! The number of DIFFERENT cards needed to receive a trophy last reset was 328.
List of Buyable Cards
I haven't gone through this list in a while, but I am guessing it would cost about 2,500,000nps to buy one of each buyable card.
Text list of all the cards:
If you don't want to buy everything yourself then you can just copy this list into one of the SW Abers available on the forum! (you need an account to see links)
Any suggestions of stuff that I can add to this guide to make it better is highly appreciated! Also, please let me know if there are any typos/broken links so I can correct them!

Used this myself on an account, the total I spent for the entire list was ~2.5m. Much cheaper than stamps and they help make an account look much nicer!

Wtf, less than 1/3 of the amount of users that have viewed my stamp guide have viewed this one. Just bumping so that hopefully some more people can find this to use on their accounts!
