    I want

    The ass of champions.
    Genetics for a boring ass is all over my family, I see it on me mum grandma aunts etc
    Thankfully mine looks cute and not flat or anything. But I want tons more. Enough to crush heads

    I can do seated leg press at 210-250lbs I love that machine.
    So what should I do? What should I eat? Is there a limit to how big a muscle can grow

    Go hard.
    Squats make asses amazing.

    I mean if you want like a big booty like BIG BOOTY you may have to gain weight. Squats can make a booty round and toned but I'm pretty sure they won't make a booty bigger than it is.

    If glutes are a muscle and we see people make their muscles huge, why can't glutes get huge @Lavendrae
    Any weight gained shies away from my butt. I should have clarified what I meant by food, I refer to like what sorts of foods to help alot with muscle growth

    You can get huge glutes, but to add mass anywhere, you need to eat more. "Gains" don't come from just doing squats and lifting. They come from gaining muscle, which comes from eating more and lifting.

    Eat big to get big, right? By get big, I don't mean get fat.
