When you have to poop, but hold it in until your angus is pulsing and about to give way, so you finally run to the can and drop a monster dump? Then you begin to fart every 1-2 minutes after for the next couple of hours; all the previously built-up gas in your poop chute now unblocked and squeaking out with a vengeance? I am seriously flushing out these noxious vapors right now, but it feels good because I know once I stop, I will be completely detoxed and fresh as a daisy - like a new man.
