Just an update for anyone that cares:

I went through this last week, and the total cost was between 9-11mil.

That includes the evil coconuts, which range between 80-150k! That was with the normal SW, so it will probably be 7-8m if you have SSW and use that for the whole thing.

I just brought all of these using SSW (minus the coconuts because I had them) and it cost me roughly 6m if that helps.
