This kind of lack of attention really makes other neopet users stop and think about spending hard-earned money on the site anymore. I haven't bought NC in months because of the way things are handled. I have to force myself not to look on JN's database every day to see the new NC items now.

Really wish they'd go back and check everything over and ensure people really did get what they deserved. Customer service for Neopets is horrendous!

Now I mostly buy NC with NP.

I remember once I sent a ticket asking if TNT can fix the look of a wig on certain pet, since their fur/horn/whatever is it on their head is getting in the way, they replied that it was meant to be that way. This is what makes me don't want to pay for items that have awkward things-on-their-head layered together with the wig. Not everyone want a bald kacheek to dress up

So many people are soooo frustrated! It makes me sob that people are SO into this game that they are discriminating each other and calling them names or telling them to die. It's just a game.
