    This chinese system has been decent for me.
    I've never tried to see whether if there's a difference in response time between the traditional and simplified versions.

    Change language and submit like usual. Helps me to have another tab open in English so that I know wtf is going on. Usually if you go to the foreign language boards and find someone that speaks English (post in their language) people are nice enough to help.     I recomend too writte a ticket try to put many tickets on diff languajes espanish englis portugese they reply faster on spanish and portugese mine was unfrozen after 2 weeks by the same reason only that i did not bought nothing XD

    I have no advice. But if you had premium, at least feel better your chances of account retrieval is doubled; whatever the base odds were.

    I had it last month, ended a couple days ago. oopsie.

    And I wouldn't find myself frozen another way. Even if I don't get it back, all the pets and such are replaceable.
