It's strange they would allow a staff member to gift items to regular game players, seems not fair and unprofessional.
EDIT: Now that I think about it I can remember another one that doesn't have the notice but that wasn't an actual player. Weird.

Dragona5 is a staff member without a notice. There's many others but everyone should know about dragona5.
