Tony is the kind of guy that if he told you no on a previous account and you waved some evidence and ratted out your seller he would have a "change of heart".
I have a bittersweet relationship with him. He seems to buy bullshit/or "let it slide" more if you're a female for some reason. I don't even know if he's a he I've just noticed that.

He gave back my account in a few days when it was iced after being broken into, so I don't have a problem with him. Granted, it was legit.
I've never had a problem with him. He was a little hard to deal with but he always returned my stuff fairly quickly.
