So,i have been trying to buy Neocash with paypal for the last three or so days. It keeps giving me an "Payment error" message,paypal cancels the payment and i just end up getting charged for conversion services. Iv'e been charged more money than the money i had planned to buy NC with lol
i just want my lousy 500 NC
anyone else had this problem with paypal before? Also i know it's right and should work because i have bought other things with the exact same paypal/credit card
