    Training question.

So I'm training a BD pet for the first time and I need some advice.

Right now I'm at 4 codestones / course and I've seen on a few guides that there comes a point when it makes more sense to train up to level 250 and start paying 1 red codestone / course. They don't really say what the point is though. One guide I've found ((you need an account to see links)) recommends waiting until you're at 7 codestones / course.

Does anyone have an opinion on this?

Since the new BD has been giving out red codestones more often, it's generally cheaper to mass train to 250 (level) and then continue to there. &if not cheaper, faster.

Yeah, I have almost 20 of each stockpiled in my SDB plus whatever I'll end up getting in the meantime while I'm training to 250.

So I should just go ahead and start focusing on training up my level now?

Mind you, getting your level up to 250 to use Red Codestones pays is cheaper and faster - but only in the long run. It's going to be at least a couple of months before you can actually start boosting your pet's stats to usefulness; in the meantime, you're going to have a very weak, lopsided pet with a lot of levels and nothing else.

Shooting for lv.250 and Red training when you hit 5-6 Codestones is good.

    zap it
once you get decent strength and defense. build up your level to where you can make them all evens.
    then go from there

just my opinion. i'm not really into training like that so @(you need an account to see links) advice is the best advice since hes into that stuff
